Raid Leader Nominations
Ok folks, in addition to figuring out class leads we should also start up a list of who is capable, willing and available to lead our assault on the Big Bads!
If you have someone to nominate for this all important post please do so. If you are able and willing to assume such a post please leave a post so we know
Thanks!

Hellkat knows a lot of the fights and would be a good choice. Kael also knows quite a bit about raids and would be another good choice. Yelta and Kharii both know fights well and would be another couple of choices. So there is 4 cause I think setting up two raid teams may be the route we end up going.

Re: Raid Leader Nominations
I still think it's a good idea not to burden a raid onto one person. Are the class leaders going to assit the raid leader by making sure their classes present are prepared ? Or the Raid leader can have someone to assist him making sure everything is there and everyone...when we start. From my experience the more prepared you are the less wipes you have

Re: Raid Leader Nominations
Raiding policy: open for discussion but I like the idea of more than one person being involved. Everyone should have a basic idea of what to do for the raid especially if it is predetermined. Reading up on the first couple of bosses of a new raid should be expected. The raid leader should be in charge of maintaining order and decision making in a pinch but certainly not responsible for everything that goes into the raid.
In short I agree with Kasi that it makes more sense to have more than one person taking care of everything.
Lets talk about it tonight in more detail
